Registration

Early Registration Rates: NENA or URISA Member: $295; Nonmember: $395

Preconference Workshops: Member Rate $195; Nonmember Rate: $245

  • Download the registration PDF file (you can fax this form to 847/824-6363 up to April 3rd, after April 3rd please bring the form with you to the registration desk onsite).
  • Online registration is no longer available.


Method of Payment: Submit your registration form with a check (payable to the URISA/NENA Addressing Conference), credit card or purchase order information, or indicate that you wish to be billed. Registrations received for the early fee after the cut-off date will be billed the difference. All registrations must be paid in full by the time of the meeting.

Confirmation: Written confirmation will be sent approximately two weeks after receipt of your registration and payment.

Refunds and Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing (via email, fax or regular mail) at URISA Headquarters on or before March 1, 2008 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Please remember to contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel your accommodations.

The Doubletree Hotel at the Lloyd Center is the Official Headquarters hotel for all conference-related events and activities. A special discounted room rate has been secured for all conference attendees. The hotel is across the street from the Lloyd Center Mall, featuring over 200 stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and an ice skating rink. The trendy shops on Broadway are just blocks away, and Holladay Park is across the street, where you can relax and take in the beautiful Oregon scenery.

$131 single/double Premium room
A very limited number of government rate rooms are available.

Transportation
Located only 9 miles from the Portland International Airport, the MAX light rail system picks up at baggage claim and drops you off directly across the street from the Doubletree’s front door (costs only $1.55 each way and is ‘fareless’ to most downtown locations).

Continuing Education Credit

GISCI Certification points earned for attending one workshop and this Conference = 0.5 GISCI education points.

Attendance is recognized for continuing education credit toward recertification as an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) with the National Emergency Number Association, as well as for recertification credit with the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch for police, fire and medical emergency dispatchers.
