Sessions at the URISA/NENA Addressing Conference are 90-minutes in length and may be 2-3 individual presentations or one single 90-minute session. Each session will have a moderator who you will be introduced to in advance via email. Each speaker will have approximately 25 minutes allocated for their respective presentations. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions for 5 minutes at the end of each speaker’s presentation.
2 HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE WATCHING MY PRESENTATION?
There will be 2-3 sessions running simultaneously and will have anywhere from 20-60 attendees per session.
3 HOW WILL THE ROOM BE SET-UP?
There will be a screen at the front of each room along with a projector, podium, microphone, table, and chairs. No Internet will be provided. URISA will not provide computer/laptop, so don’t forget your laptop. The audience will be seated theater style (rows of chairs with no desks/tables)
4 WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE IN THE SESSION ROOM?
Speakers should arrive in the session room no later than 10 minutes before their session start time.
5 WILL I BE INTRODUCED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION?
Yes, there will be a moderator in the room to introduce you, and to kick off each presentation. Moderators will also aid the Q&A session at the end.
6 WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The conference dress code is business casual.
7 DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Yes – all speakers need to register for the conference online.
8 HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

Please send us your bio of 2 – 3 sentences for introduction purposes prior to the conference
Register for the conference, and reserve your room at the hotel.
At the end of your session please drop off your presentation at the registration desk for the Conference Proceedings.
