  • Registration options range from single day to full conference, with substantial discounts for full-time students and  young professional members (35 or younger).
  • Full registration includes attendance at one preconference workshop (normally an additional $200 fee). Don't let the opportunity for this in-depth preconference training and education pass you by!
  • Full Registration also includes access to all educational sessions, proceedings, networking reception, Tuesday luncheon, Wednesday Awards Breakfast, and Wednesday evening social event.
  • The Member discounted rate will apply to URISA members, URISA Florida Chapter members and URISA Georgia Chapter members.

The best value for conference registration is for URISA members who are staying at the conference hotel or who reside locally. 


We know it can be challenging to gain approval to attend training and conferences. But we also know that organizations that invest in professional development benefit from employee loyalty and retention and improved operations from knowledge gained.

  • Regular registration fees begin August 2 and will be available until October 18.
  • Register in advance… registrations received after October 18 and onsite registrations will incur an additional $50 fee.
