This session will examine a Real Time Imaging Support (RAMS) system from an low flying aircraft. The RAMS provides remotely sensed oblique and Ortho images to a mobile ground receiving station with a focus on improving situational awareness at the first responder level and throughout the incident command structure.

The system is scheduled to be tested at the 2011 Great Southern California Shakeout Exercise.

This session will conclude with lessons learned from previous disasters, Hurricanes Ike, Katrina and Irene.
