You just received an open records request for all the work orders related to a “trip and fall” incident. As the search for required work order documents progresses it becomes very clear that the current work order system is great if it was still the 1900’s, but with current technology this paper and pencil system is antiquated. This presentation will describe the solution utilized by the City of Delray Beach to unify and automate all work orders.
