Over the past half decade URISA has added a number of "specialty" conferences to focus on a few specific aspects of IT and geospatial technology. These niche conferences cover topics ranging from addressing to assessment to public participation. The specialty conferences are described below followed by the conference proceedings details for each.

Integrating GIS & CAMA: Annual specialty conference jointly presented by URISA and the International Association of Assessing Officers. This conference is designed to foster collaboration and integration of data, technology, and functionality.
