New Conference Schedule for 2006

For the 2006 conference, a new schedule has been developed to allow both attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to get the most out of their conference experience. In the past, the exhibit hall was open for several hours each day, even while attendees were in educational sessions.

This year, the exhibit hall will be open only during certain times each day - with no competing conference events scheduled at the same time! Exhibitors will then have the opportunity to attend sessions with the rest of the attendees, networking and learning about what is happening in the industry.

"As vendors it is beneficial when we can attend a conference that fulfills multiple purposes. Many times the exhibit hall is open for too many hours when most attendees are in session. This prevents our staff from being able to attend educational sessions, because we need to stay near our exhibit. If the exhibit hall were to be open for a concentrated amount of time we could attend sessions with other attendees, and then have dedicated exhibit hours with greater productivity."

We scheduled the ever-popular vendor-sponsored educational workshops for Monday early evening, rather than Wednesday morning, as they had been in the past.
