Salary Rate $69,597.45 to $111,354.75/DOQ

Responsible for providing leadership and coordinating input from multiple departments to support the GIS; and for providing substantial input about the overall strategic direction of the GIS. The incumbent will act as a liaison with staff throughout the Service Authority; serve as Project Manager for GIS related projects, develop and/or provide input on contractor scopes of work for all GIS related projects; prepare GIS datasets, maps, databases, reports, graphics, and specialized queries in support of GIS. Design, develop, and implement procedures for administration of the GIS database; Design, implement, and maintain inter-department data flow and synchronization  of spatial elements; and coordinate, manage and direct services to develop, install, and maintain GIS applications required to meet the Service Authority’s mission, goals, and strategic business objectives.

Five years’ professional experience implementing and maintaining in-depth complex, GIS solutions involving RDBMs. BA/BS in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
