1    HOW LONG IS THE PRESENTATION?
  • Sessions at the URISA/NENA Addressing Conference are 90-minutes in length and may be 2-3 individual presentations or one single 90-minute session.  Each session will have a moderator who you will be introduced to in advance via email.  Each speaker will have approximately 25 minutes allocated for their respective presentations.  There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions for 5 minutes at the end of each speaker’s presentation.

ULA Session 1 - Introduction to Leadership & Management

In this first session, a baseline of knowledge is set for the rest of the Academy. We'll discuss various aspects about management and leadership in the workplace and the challenges many leaders face day-to-day. Areas that are to be covered and discussed include:
