"I am truly lucky to have had the opportunity to attend the URISA 2008 Conference in New Orleans, not only for the abundance of information regarding GIS but also to get to meet with each of you.  The conference was phenomenal, but above and beyond I most enjoyed every one of our conversations the best.  You were all so insightful and enlightening.  I walked away with a most improved knowledge of GIS and a feeling of real community and support.  I hope that we will continue to stay in touch throughout the years to come. Thank you again for the pleasure of your company and camaraderie."

Noelle Brigman, Environmental Compliance Officer, City of New Iberia (LA) Wastewater Department
