Here's what some of the attendees in Houston (March 2018) had to say:

  • Best conference to attend all year! Great that it is both GIS/CAMA and so relevant!
  • A good opportunity to learn about existing technology and some of the challenges that assessment areas are facing. The integration of GIS and CAMA is extremely important and having the two specialty groups at the conference was a nice blend of sessions and people.
  • It is interesting to see what others have done and maybe we don't have to reinvent the wheel.
  • I've met many of the best professional contacts at GIS/CAMA. It's great to share ideas & inspiration with others who "get what you do."
  • GIS/CAMA is a must attend for any assessment office that is maximizing its budgetary resources by leveraging technology to achieve the proper balance of people, time, and money.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to promoting your company by exhibiting at GIS & CAMA 2019, take advantage of one or more sponsorship opportunities to ensure that your company’s name is remembered long after the conference is over. There are a variety of sponsorships available, in different price ranges. Consider co-sponsoring with your business partners.  If you have other ideas to propose, or wish to discuss any of the listed opportunities, please contact Pat Francis or Wendy Nelson at 847/824-6300.

Technology Showcase Program Opportunity – Back for another year!  The conference program includes workshops, keynotes and concurrent breakout sessions and is detailed online: https://giscama2019.sched.com/. In addition to our traditional three program tracks, the GIS CAMA 2019 Conference is offering a fourth track, titled Technology Showcase, which is being offered to exhibitors only as an opportunity to present solutions outside the Exhibit Hall.

Fourteen presentation slots are available in this track. Each Showcase presentation will be 45 minutes in duration. Each session will contain two presentations (consider coordinating and presenting with a partner, filling an entire session with complementary solutions). The Technology Showcase track is offered on a first come, first served basis. The fee to exhibitors for each presentation is $150.  In order for participants to effectively plan their conference schedule, the GIS/CAMA committee will include all vendor time slots in the conference attendee information. We suggest that participating organizations send their own invitations once time slots are confirmed. Note that this opportunity is different from the Wednesday Lunch & Learn sessions, detailed below.

Wednesday Lunch & Learn — $500 plus audio/visual and lunch costs – only 5 available – Sold out last year! Design your own educational product-based sessions or discuss developments in the field or the technology of products. There will be no other programming competing with these sessions. Consider co-sponsoring a session with a vendor partner. Don’t pass up this limited and unique opportunity! If you wish to participate, provide a brief description of your session for inclusion in the Program.  Companies that sponsor vendor educational sessions will make their own arrangements for audio/visual set-ups and any food and beverage needs (attendees will expect lunch to be served). First-come, first-served! Always well attended!

Exhibit Hall Column Wrap – $1,000 each (see photo above) There are 8 blank columns in the Exhibit Hall that could use your company logo and message. For $1,000, you can wrap a column (includes structure, printing & labor, excludes graphic design). We’ll provide the specs and your team provides ready-to-print artwork at least 14 days prior to install.

Bag Inserts — $1,000 each
Provide one piece of literature to be inserted in each attendee bag.

Workshop Coffee Breaks — $750 each (two available)
Your logo will appear on break signage.

Coffee Breaks — $1,500 each (three available)
Attendees appreciate the coffee breaks in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday morning and afternoon and also on Wednesday morning. Your logo will appear on signage.

Dessert Break — $2,500 each (one available)
There’s a dessert break in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday afternoon during which raffle prize winners are announced, immediately prior to dismantling. Instead of just coffee during this break, snacks are also provided!
